Zadar Islands

Silba, Olib, Premuda, Ist, Molat, Škarda, Iž, Rava
This group of islands northwest of Zadar, as well as multiple islets located around it make a small archipelago - a heaven for yachtsmen and lovers of fishing.

Zadar Archipelago is a unique phenomenon in the Adriatic with its indentation and numerous islands. The islands are carefully covered by vegetation in a natural karst environment, with traces of life since the Stone and Iron Age to the contemporary times. The islands are connected to the city with regular boat and car ferry lines, so commuting in both directions takes place on a daily basis.

Rava
The island of Rava is situated between the Channels of Iž and Rava, and according to the geographical features it belongs to the group of smaller inhabited Croatian islands.

Molat
The island of Molat has been inhabited since the Paleolithic. The first documents that mentions the island appeared in the 10th century.


The island of Iž is located between Dugi Otok and Ugljan, from which it's separated by the Middle Channel and the Channel of Iž, and it's surrounded by ten small islands.

Ist
Ist is an island surrounded by numerous small islands and cliffs with about 200 permanent residents.

Premuda
The island of Premuda is located on the southwest of Silba and its the westernmost island of the Archipelago of Zadar.

Olib
The island of Olib is located on a bordering area between Dalmatia and the Gulf of Quarnero.
